Site grading - 139 ton - bituminous mix; 98 CY - retaining wall concrete; 16391 lbs - retaining wall reinforcement bars; 14 CY - concrete steps; 643 LF - pipe railing; 5,163 SF - 4" concrete walk; 45 ea - landscape boulders; 112 ea - plantings; 1 ea - picnic shelter 24' x 24'; 1 ea - vault toilet building. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
