OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services for OPWDD from 10/01/2026 through 09/30/2031. References and applicable insurances are required. Capital District DDSOO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest cost. Prevailing wage will apply.
