CMS Benefits is posting this change order in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. Due to Health Alliance leaving the market, population to the prescription benefit manager contract has increased 39%. Change order reflects increase annually for admin fee and estimated increase of rebate revenue to the State for the additional population
