Attached is the RFQ for the upcoming ACM Clean Up Project for 509 Vienna Street contract for Finger Lakes DDSOO. OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS Small Business contractors to provide ACM Clean Up for OPWDD. References and applicable insurances are required. Finger Lakes DDSOO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest cost. Prevailing wage will apply. The Contract and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 Project. The bidder or its principals must be able to provide at least three (3) references (Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address) associated with three (3) different projects (OGS, public, or private sector) of similar scope and size to the one identified in this RFQ that can provide evidence of the Contractor having experience in related work. The Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Asbestos Abatement. The Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Cost for ACM Clean Up Project for 509 Vienna Street. Prevailing wage will apply to this contract.
