HHS0016561v2 The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is currently accepting bids for a 5year Contract for prosthetics and orthotics such as shoes, compression hose, lifts, bracing for Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The request includes an on-site clinic with a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist who provides assessments and treatment plans for individuals. Bidders offering alternatives to the specified brand must submit adequate literature with their bid to facilitate item evaluation. Bids lacking this literature may be disqualified from consideration. All products must conform to the stated minimum specifications
