The City of Melrose requests proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms interested in providing consulting services to amend our zoning ordinance to accomplish the zoning related goals of the Housing Production Plan and amend our subdivision regulations to allow for development that reflects street and lot standards that are in line with the City's historic and sustainable development patterns
