IHDA Human Resources Information System (HRIS) RFP (Reissue)

The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), under the Department of Human Resources, is reissuing a Request for Proposal (RFP # 26-551HDA-FINAN-B-50253) for a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The primary purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive HRIS solution to meet IHDA's human resources management needs. The scope of the project includes the implementation, maintenance, and support of the HRIS. Key requirements include, but are not limited to: functionality related to recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, performance management, compensation management, training and development, and reporting/analytics. The selected vendor must also comply with all applicable State of Illinois regulations and security standards.
