Adult Education Services

The Delaware Department of Education (DOE) is soliciting proposals (RFP # DOE26008-ABE) for Adult Education Services. The purpose of this RFP is to secure qualified vendors to provide comprehensive adult education programs within the state of Delaware. These services aim to improve the literacy, numeracy, and workforce readiness skills of adult learners. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: * Adult Basic Education (ABE) * Adult Secondary Education (ASE), including GED preparation * English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction * Workforce preparation activities Key requirements for responding vendors include: * Demonstrated experience in providing effective adult education services. * Qualified and certified instructors. * A comprehensive curriculum aligned with state standards. * Data collection and reporting capabilities to track student progress. * Adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations. * Completion of required appendices (A, B, C, and D).
