IFB 030-2026 - FY25 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS ZONE 4

This project consists of removing and replacing existing sidewalk and curb ramps along S. Luster Avenue (Sunset to Glenstone), E. Sunset Street (Wallis Smith to Marlan), and E. Mimosa Street (Luster to Ridgewood). It will also add new sidewalk and ramps to Luster and to Mimosa. If funding allows, there is an Add Alternate to install new sidewalk along S. Marlan Avenue (Battlefield to Mimosa). Construction will be in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City of Springfield and listed herein. This project is separated into two (2) Project Groups, Luster (N) and Luster (S). The Add Alternate for Marlan would be a third Project Group if added. Project groups are defined as work items in a relatively close geographical area. The City will award all Project Groups to the same Contractor
