Lake County Auditor is seeking prisoner meals for the County Detention Center for a two-year period.

Description

Provide prisoner meals for the County Detention Center for a 2-year period beginning on April 1, 2026 to April 1, 2028. Breakfast, lunch, dinner will be delivered to the Lake County Detention Center each day. At least 1 hot meal will be provided and meals to include a minimum of 2400 calories daily. Special meal request for medical needs such as meals that conform to religious dietary practices or medical diets, and others, shall be noted with separate additional cost on bid sheet. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
