Description
The Hawaii State Judiciary is soliciting information (RFI J26210) from qualified organizations to provide Juvenile Substance Abuse Treatment Services for the First Circuit, as mandated by HRS 103F (Health & Human Services).
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather data and insights from potential service providers regarding their capabilities, experience, and approaches to delivering effective substance abuse treatment to juveniles within the specified geographic area. This information will be used by the Judiciary to inform future procurement decisions and program development related to juvenile substance abuse treatment services.
Key areas of interest include, but are not limited to, program models, service delivery methods, staffing qualifications, data collection and reporting capabilities, and experience working with the juvenile justice system. Respondents should demonstrate their understanding of the unique challenges associated with treating substance abuse among juveniles and propose innovative and evidence-based solutions.
