Description

Proposed issuance of approx. $6,150,000 of Certificates of Participation, Series 2025 (the “2025 Certificates”). The proceeds from the 2025 Certificates will be used to purchase a building (the “Purchased Property”) for the City's use as well as fund minor improvements to the facility. The closing on the Purchased Property is expected to occur prior to closing on the 2025 Certificates which is anticipated to occur on or around November 25, 2025.
