Description
Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction and repair of roadway, drainage, traffic signals, streetlights, and incidental items on designated Federal-aid roadways in response to a declared disaster event. Disaster related emergency repair or replacement Work under this Contract may qualify for funding under the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Emergency Relief (ER) program. Therefore, the successful Contractor(s) and its subcontractors shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers’ compensation, licenses, and registration requirements.
