PROCESS SERVING

The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for Process Serving as described herein. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the State receives the most current materials and/or services. The awarded Vendor(s) shall be responsible for process service issued by the Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) of Delaware. In addition, at any time during the term of this Service Agreement, at DCSS’ election, DCSS may increase or decrease the number of documents for which the Vendor shall provide personal service in accordance with the provisions of this Service Agreement. There is no minimum or maximum established due to the amount of service needed in any given period is variable.
