The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide YOGURT FOR DELIVERY FROM JANUARY-MARCH 2026 for consumers located at State Route 1014, Torrance PA, Westmoreland County.The quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility.Bidders will bid only the Acceptable Brands listed on the Specification Sheet.Bidder must bid products that meet the specifications/pack sizes and codes of the Acceptable brands.Delivery to be made the day specified, between the hours of 8:00am and 11:45pm.  Delivery may not be made on a state holiday. Delivery dates are specified in accordance with facility storage space allotments and must be adhered to; facilities may arrange alternate deliveries as it requires.Deliveries to be made two times per month.  Dietary Dept will notify vendor of quantities for each delivery.  Alternate deliveries may be arranged as required.  Approximately 250 dozen per delivery.EXPIRATION DATES MUST BE VALID UP TO FOUR WEEKS FROM DELIVERY.PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER MUST BE SHOWN ON ALL PACKING SLIPS, INVOICES, AND ANY DELIVERY CORRESPONDENCE.Award will be made based on the lowest overall total.Bids are due November 5, 2025, by 10:00am and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified. Contractors must enter firm prices for all items and provide appropriate responses to all “Mandatory Attributes” contained in the solicitation.
