Specifications:45 sofas RIDGELINE BROWNIE SOFA, TRADITIONAL ENGLISH ARM LIBRARY STYLE SOFA WITH ANTIQUE GOLD NAILHEAD ACCENTS IN A RICH BROWN LEATHER LOOK 10 loveseats RIDGELINE BROWNIE LOVESEAT, TRADITIONAL ENGLISH ARM LIBRARY STYLE LOVESEAT WITH ANTIQUE GOLD NAILHEAD ACCENTS IN A RICH BROWN LEATHER LOOK 58 chairs RIDGELINE BROWNIE CHAIR, TRADITIONAL ENGLISH ARM LIBRARY STYLE CHAIR WITH ANTIQUE GOLD NAILHEAD ACCENTS IN A RICH BROWN LEATHER LOOK Product needs to be delivered by August 20, 2025.  Purchase will be coordinated with the park manager, such as delivery dates, etc. Park manager will approve craftsmanship and project quality prior to payment. Depending on final cost estimates, ODNR may opt to add or remove pieces of furniture depending on bid outcomes. Please provide the cost of each piece of furniture (i.e. how much one sofa and one chair cost each). A site visit is strongly encouraged.Product specifications include items such as: Supplier will order and deliver new sofas and chairs for the cabins as described above. Delivery to be coordinated with park manager.   Delivery as soon as possible, not to exceed August 20, 2025. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.Site Visit & Point of ContactPrior to submitting a bid response, offerors are encouraged to visit the park.
