PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS Escambia County, Florida is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to solicit applications for programs that address the strategies outlined in the Escambia Countys 2025 Opioid Abatement Implementation Plan. A pre-solicitation meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 9th at 9am via Teams. Attendance is not mandatory. Specifications may be obtained by reviewing the FY25-26 Escambia County Opioid Abatement Funding NOFA_3.31.25 document on the Escambia County Opioid Abatement Funding Advisory Board site at https://myescambia.com/open-government/boards-committees/opioid-abatement-funding-advisory-board. For applications to be considered, they must: meet all the applicant eligibility, be an eligible activity, meet all Federal and State requirements, participate in our Homeless Continuum of Care and Behavioral health systems, meet the minimum requirements, and must submit application by the stated deadline. Any application that does not meet the above requirements will not be considered. Escambia County reserves the right to reject any or all applications. Applications will be accepted beginning 06-05-2025. The FINAL day applications will be accepted is 09-12-2025 by 5pm. Any application received after this date will not be considered.
