Description
If you are currently awarded on the Student and District Activities and Venues RFP# PURCH 1819-7 that expired on June 30, 2024, then you must submit this RFP for evaluation to remain on the approved vendors list. Although, May 29, 2026 is the latest date to respond, vendors should submit responses to the proposal immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list. All PURCH Bids will be closed every 2 weeks on Thursdays at 12:00 P.M, in order for our department to review and and evaluate all vendors who have submitted thus far. The Bid will then be reopened by 4 P.M, the same business day. When closing the Bid, any vendor who has not fully submitted their documents by Thursday at 12:00 P.M, will lose their bid progress and will then have to begin the process all over again. If your RENEWAL was approved, you do not need to submit a bid again. If your company is award on a Purchasing Cooperative you do not need to fill out the bid.
