Description
If you were currently awarded on the General Operations Maintenance and Facility Suppliers RFP# MNT 2021-15 that expired on June 30, 2024, then you must still submit this RFP for evaluation to remain on the approved vendors list. Although, May 29, 2026 is the latest date to respond, vendors should submit responses to the proposal immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list. All PURCH Bids will be closed every two weeks on Thursday at 12:00 P.M, in order for our department to review and and evaluate all vendors who have submitted thus far. The Bid will then be reopened by 4 P.M, the same business day. When closing the Bid, any vendor who has not fully submitted their documents by Thursday at 12:00 P.M, will lose their bid progress and will then have to begin the process all over again. If submitted and or awarded on RFP# Purch 2324-3 General Operations Maintenance and Facility Suppliers, you do not need to submit again.
