Alton City is seeking demolition services for removal of buildings and structures at Della Avenue properties.

Description

Work includes complete demolition and removal and disposal of any existing buildings, fences and similar appurtenances located on the premises. The foundation, footing and basement floors shall be completely removed from the demolition site and disposed of at an approved disposal site. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Requirement for Minority Participation For Each Trade 10% and Goals for Female 7%. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
