2026 - 2031 Fully Configured Autoclave in Richmond County

Attached, please find the Invitation for Bid for IFB IBR 032526: 2026-2031 Fully Configured Autoclave in Richmond County. OPWDD's Contract Management Unit is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide an autoclave for The Institute for Basic Research in Developmental Disabilities. This is a full-service contract covering a fully configured autoclave with installation, training, and associated support, as well as 60 months of comprehensive preventative maintenance service coverage.  References and applicable insurances are required.  Prevailing Wage will not apply.  OPWDD intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Combined Cost for Autoclave Package. There is a Mandatory Site Visit for this procurement to be held onFebruary 24, 2026 at 12:00pm. The Mandatory Site visit must be attended in order to submit a qualified bid. Attendance at any recent site visits will not serve to fulfill this requirement.
