Guardrail Improvements, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinity Quantity, Phase II

The City & County of Honolulu, Hawaii, is soliciting proposals for Guardrail Improvements under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Phase II contract, identified by RFP number RFB-DDC-1972506.
