EV 3-387 Final Finding and Decision - Section Line Easement Vacation

PUBLIC NOTICE:Notice of Final Finding & DecisionSection Line Easement Vacation EV 3-387The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water has issued a Final Finding & Decision (FFD) for a section line easement vacation for EV 3-387. This Final Finding & Decision compliments and confirms the Preliminary Decision (PD) for EV 3-387 approved on October 10, 2025. The FFD is giving contingent approval to a petition to vacate two 33’ section line easements within Lot 1 of Hollywood Kennedy Gibbons 2006 Addition, Plat 2007-108, Homer Recording District. This action falls within the NE¼ of Section 22 and the NW¼ of T4S., R15W., S.M., Alaska, as depicted on Attachment A. The proposed vacation has been reviewed and deemed acceptable by the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Department.
