PROJECT INFORMATION:The City of Bloomington will receive sealed lump sum bids until 11:00 A.M. December 2nd, 2025 through the Bids and Tenders web portal. Bid documents will not be accepted in any other location or format. Bid documents sent directly to the City of Bloomington will be returned unopened and not considered for award. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud during a live WebEx meeting immediately after the specified closing time. A link to the bid opening canbe obtained by emailingpurchasing@bloomingtonmn.gov. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. PRE-BID MEETING:A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 8:30 A.M., Thursday, November 13th, 2025 at Bloomington Public Works, Training Room 1700 W. 98th Street Bloomington, MN 55431.
