RFP Description:Texas A&M University (Texas A&M) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to establish for the provision of promotional and apparel products. Texas A&M is seeking to award multiple vendors, whose agreements will be available for use for all Texas A&M departments and colleges and will be made available for use by Texas A&M’s branch campuses, including Texas A&M University at Galveston, Higher Education Center at McAllen, School of Law, Texas A&M University – Washington, DC, and Texas A&M Health. These agreements are intended to provide access to competitively priced, high-quality promotional and apparel products across a broad range of categories. They will support Texas A&M’s goals of fiscal responsibility, procurement efficiency, and brand consistency, while ensuring compliance with applicable state laws and university rules.By submitting responses, each respondent certifies that it understands this RFP and has full knowledge of the scope, nature, quality, and quantity of the work to be performed, the detailed requirements of the services to be provided, and the conditions under which the services are to be performed.
