The University invites you to submit a proposal to provide general contracting services for scope of typical projects including but not limited to, the repair or renovation for all University of Houston System facilities. Required services may include architectural renovation, concrete work, upgrades to mechanical systems, electrical distribution upgrades, building automation system upgrades, laboratory renovations, site work, fire protection upgrades, life safety upgrades, and utility infrastructure upgrades. One MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Zoom Meeting, and one MANDATORY site visits are scheduled.
