Please complete pages 88 - 94 of the bid specifications with regard to subcontractors you will utilize. SUBCONTRACTOR’S DISCLOSURE STATEMENT – Due to this being a cooperative contract and not a specific project out to bid, for the section that states “Will the cost of the subcontract exceed $20,000” is it correct to select “No” and then for Estimated Value of Contract put “Not known at bid-cooperative contract”? Then if we are putting a “No” do we then not submit with our Bid the DPMC-27 or DPMC-701 until there is a specific project that exceeds the $20,000? Please complete all pages provided in the bid specification. Are we able to supplement our documents as information changes for our named Subcontractors or new named Subcontractors?
