Perform tenant improvements within a 3rd floor suite comprising minimal demolition, electrical work, selective ceiling light replacements, installation of storefront, and painting of interiors. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the District to facilities@cjusd.net This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
