Provide services to people (60+ and older) for adult day care, chore, congregate nutrition, home-delivered nutrition, homemaker, home repair, legal assistance, outreach, personal care, health promotion, training & education, and transportation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Job locations Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Polk, Story, and Warren Counties.
