170 CY roadway excavation; 3 ea move-in/move-out (erosion control); 95,100 SF hydromulch; 50 CY class 2 aggregate subbase; 125,000 SY full depth recycling-cement; 77 ton asphaltic emulsion (full depth recycling-cement). This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. 21% DBE.
