Provide bridge replacement that also includes 95 TN dga base; 216 TN cl2 asph base 0.75d pg64-2; 29 tn cl2 asph surf 0.38d pg64-22; 0.43 TN asphalt material for tack; 60 LF storm sewer pipe-18 in; 8 EA barricade-type iii; 1 LS clearing and grubbing approx less than 1 acre; 76 SF temporary signs; 72 LF edge key; 158. 41 SY sidewalk-4 in concrete; 92 SY sodding; 103 LF pave striping-perm paint-4 in; 1 LS erosion control; 1 EA pave marking thermo-bike lane arrow; 407 CY concrete-class a.
