Hanley House Exterior Repairs and Waterproofing Project

The City of Clayton is accepting sealed bids for the Hanley House Exterior Repair and Waterproofing Project. Bids will be received by the City of Clayton Director of Parks and Recreation, 50 Gay Avenue, Clayton, MO 63105, until 2:00 P.M. CDT, on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at The Center of Clayton, Meeting Room C at 2:05 P.M.The Scope of Work for this contract includes furnishing all labor and material required to complete the project. This includes but is not limited to, removal and replacement of current roofing system on the main building, the kitchen house, and the outhouse. Removal and replacement of current gutters and downspouts. Repair and waterproof all windows to include glazing, panes, sills, and casing. Repair to porches, railings and associated woodwork. Installation of Chimney Caps to prevent water intrusion. Repair and waterproofing of exterior brick and tuckpointing.The City intends to issue a Notice to Proceed on or before November 17, 2025.
