The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:Clean out and plug four (4) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 500-1250 feet in depth, toDepartment specifications.Prepare and restore well sites/site.Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection.MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for January 6, 2026 at 9 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at 624 Congress Hill Road, Franklin, PA 16323.FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
