ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSColville Reservoir 2 Replacement ProjectFORCITY OF COLVILLESTEVENS COUNTY, WASeparate sealed Bids for the COLVILLE RESERVOIR 2 REPLACEMENT PROJECT will be received by the CITY OF COLVILLE located at 170 S. OAK STREET, COLVILLE, WA 99114, until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), on MONday JANUARY 5, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.  All interested individuals are welcome to attend.The project includes the following work:Base Bid:  The project consists of the construction of an approximately one-million-gallon, cast-in-place reservoir.  All work shall be in accordance with the contract documents, including but not limited to the following: construction of new concrete reservoir, overflow basin, site piping , valves, grading, miox system and building, electrical work to connect the new tank to the system, valve vault improvements, installation of a pressure reducing valve vault, altitude valve, and restoration of the site upon completion of work.Bidding documents may be viewed and/or downloaded free of charge at the following website:www.welchcomerplanroom.com.  Hard copies of bidding documents can be ordered atwww.welchcomerplanroom.comat the bidder’s expense.  In order to be added to the official plan holders list and ensure notification of addenda, bidders must register atwww.welchcomerplanroom.com.  For further assistance, please call (208) 664-9382. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer.A Bid shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project title, name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents.  If the Bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the Bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope plainly marked on the outside with the notation “BID ENCLOSED”.  Bids delivered by facsimile machine will not be accepted.A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday December 3, 2025 at 10:00 am. Interested parties should meet at the City Council Chambers located at 170 S. Oak, Colville, WA 99114. A site visit is scheduled following the pre-bid conference. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.This project is partially funded through the Washington State Public Works Board program with state funds. PWB requirements and provisions must be met by general contractors and all subcontractors. All contractors and subcontractors must be licensed in the state of Washington to conduct business.The City of Colville is an equal opportunity employer.
