Construction services for the Hancock Town Office & Library Building Envelope Improvements Project. The scope of work consists of multiple building envelope improvements designed to improve the building’s thermal efficiency. Work includes Blower door test the building to confirm a pre-work baseline air leakage rate for the building, record this value. The initial scoping audit measured 4,748 cfm at 50 pascals; Install soffit vents with vent chutes, ensure vent chutes extend at least 2’ above the expected insulation. Ensure ventilation connects to upper attic. Submit Questions by 1/30/26. Submissions must arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on 10 February 2026.
