Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00am meeting for the following work.A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Wednesday February 18, 2026 at 10:00am at the Binghamton-Johnson City Joint Sewer Plant at 4480 Vestal Road, Vestal, NY 13850.Terminal Pump Station UpgradeFor the contract documents and plans, please call the Office of the City Engineer, (607) 772-7007, to coordinate pick-up.
