Pickens County Commissioner is seeking asphalt paving for road improvements funded by the 2026 LMIG SPLOST.

Description

Construction includes asphalt milling, patching, resurfacing, and striping on road. The work will include approximately 165,907 SY of Asphalt Paving using approximately 20,468 tons of asphalt. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Project location Big Ridge Road South, Big Ridge Road North, Hood Road, Camp Road, Gennett Court, and Camp Road West. Project work will start May 25 th , 2026, and is required to be substantially completed by August 1st, 2026. Questions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27th , 2026.
