Perform a market analysis for the potential redevelopment of the Blue Line Rosemont Station. This analysis will determine the different possibilities for using this space based on the community's needs. This project is funded with federal grant dollars. The County intends to enter into a six (6) month agreement with no renewal options. See attached file.
