Description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the variety of programs related to zero-emission vehicles and vessels and their associated infrastructure that have been funded through the Climate Commitment Act. The consultant will review and evaluate administrative, performance and delivery efficiencies of these programs and make recommendations on improvements to program delivery, including the consolidation of any programs, and as to which agency or agencies are appropriate and optimal to administer these programs.The JTC has posted the RFP athttps://leg.wa.gov/JTCRFPs.
