Basic Needs Support Services Pilot (Request for Qualifications)

Provide Basic Needs Support Services to families in Child Welfare programming. Deadline for Submitting Questions 3/11/2026. Estimated Contract Performance Period May 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Minority and Woman-Owned Businesses goal 10%, Veteran-Owned Businesses goal 1%, Washington Small Businesses goal 20%. The initial term of the Contract will start May 1, 2026, or execution date and will end June 30, 2027. The term of the Contract may be extended up to 5 annual extensions by amendment and will not exceed the date of June 30, 2032. Bidder may submit written questions until 4 p.m. Pacific Time. 3/11/2026.
