Alameda Day Center Project

The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with renovation of existing office space into new day center and night shelter for displaced community members, consisting of interior renovation of existing space including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, new fire sprinkler and alarm system, replacement of existing sewer lateral, modification of the existing parking and site area, replacement of the existing roof system, and related finishes This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 24 2025 at 4:00PM.
