Annual Citywide/Miscellaneous Sidewalk Improvement Program FY 2026

This project provides for annual concrete sidewalk improvements citywide (sidewalk inventory & miscellaneous sidewalk locations). Remove and reconstruct 4 thick PCC Sidewalk, Remove and reconstruct 4" thick PCC Sidewalk (Top-Cast 5 Concrete Finish and/or exposed aggregate concrete sidewalk) to match existing color, Remove and reconstruct PCC Curb & Gutter, Remove and reconstruct PCC Curb Only, Remove and reconstruct PCC Gutter Only, Remove and reconstruct high-early strength (4,000 PSI) PCC Driveway (including sidewalk), Reset and/or protect Centerline Ties, Benchmarks, Survey Monument, and all miscellaneous work.
