Description

Seeking qualified architectural services firms to provide engineering services for the capital improvement project. Services will include personnel programming, and conceptual layout plans for the proposed improvements. Participate in design kick off and coordination meetings with all stakeholders; conduct a site investigation to prepare construction documents. Develop a space needs assessment with pd and city staff. Modular furniture design for +/- 180 workstations based on needs assessment and space analysis. Prepare and maintain design and construction schedules. Develop conceptual floor plans, site plans, elevations, and renderings. Additional POC Marshall Smith at Marshall.Smith@fresno.gov.
