Kitchen and Production Equipment Maintenance and Repairs

Hays Consolidated Independent School District (HCISD) requests proposals to establish one or more contracts for work thatincludes, but is not limited to, preventative maintenance and/or equipmentrepair, on call services to extend the life of the equipment, minimize breakdowns,and improve the overall efficiency of the equipment while reducing operationcosts for all Hays CISD campuses and Child Nutrition Production Facility. Examplesof repairs and services are not limited to, but include some of the following:Walk-in Coller/Freezers; Flooring; Ceilings; Vent hoods; Plumbing Work;Refrigeration Work; Custom Stainless-Steel fabrication; drywall repairs,welding, and installation of equipment. The intent is for services to beperformed at Hays Consolidated Independent School District Child NutritionFacility Located at 5750 Dacy Ln, Buda, TX 78610 and school campuses throughoutHays CISD. Pricing will be negotiated with each renewal as needed. Hays CISDreserves the right to accept or reject any items included by Vendor in thissection. Awards will be given to the successful Vendor(s) based on overall bestvalue to the District. Proposal can be made for any or all services andproducts described herein.
