Work includes road improvements including, but not limited to, bituminous tack coat, patching, asphalt overlay, and striping for 1.14 LM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Locations College Street, Ingram Street, Parrish Lane, Waters Street, East Lee Street, and Joiner Road.
