PROJECT NUMBER:  DGS C-0920-0002 Phase 1PROJECT TITLE:  Commonwealth Technology Center – 1 and 5 Technology Park Feasibility StudyPROJECT LOCATION:  1 Technology Park, Harrisburg, PA 17110This Project is advertising for PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS for design and/or engineering services.BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work is intended to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study of the Commonwealth Technology Center (CTC) at 1 Technology Park and the office building at 5 Technology Park to assess the condition, performance, and long-term viability of the building envelope, HVAC and electrical systems. This study aims to ensure the continued, uninterrupted operation of Pennsylvania's mission-critical Enterprise Data Center while identifying scalable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective solutions that address aging infrastructure and future capacity needs. Following the conclusion of the study, the Department intends to continue directly into the design phase of improvement project(s). The Department may retain the same professional who will perform this study. Subsequent improvement project(s) will include Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation requirements & will be established by the Department following the study conclusion.
