Description

The goal of these services is to support the health and independence of people with physical disabilities and facilitate community integration and consumer choice. This funding opportunity is in line with the ADSD mission To empower individuals and their support systems by providing resources for disabilities and aging - connecting Nevadans to services and improving their quality of life. Submit questions by email to ADSDGrants@adsd.nv.gov. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. There is approx. $1,000,000 to fund programs under this funding opportunity.
