Work includes installation of a new vent hood and soffit, new rooftop makeup air unit, new counters, new flooring and wall panels, and the installation of various owner-furnished equipment.A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held Friday, December 5, 2025 at 10:30am at the project location (333 Wiloughby Ave). Meet in the hallway outside the Snack Bar on the 8th Floor of the Juneau State Office Building. Roof access via ladder may be available (weather dependent), so attendees should bring appropriate clothing (e.g. closed-toed shoes, jacket, gloves).The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000.
