Description

Work include removal of existing roof-mounted chillers and dust collectors, followed by restoration of affected building envelope areas. New ground-mounted chillers will be installed, including concrete pads, fencing, and interior modifications to support the updated systems. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
