CITY OF MERCER ISLANDREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: 25-47 Notice is hereby given that the City of Mercer Island (City) is announcing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)from qualified consulting firms to providegeotechnical engineering servicesin support of a proposedPublic Safety & Maintenance (PSM) Facility.Work includes subsurface and surface investigations, critical areas assessment and coordination, and preparation of a comprehensive geotechnical report to inform structural design, site planning, and permitting. Statement of Qualifications with requirements, as outlined in the RFQ package, must be received, not sent, no later than2:00 PM (PST) on Thursday, October 09, 2025. All SOQs will only be accepted via electronic transmission.
